Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken: Boil or bake chicken breasts until fully cooked and tender. Let them cool, then shred or finely chop.
  • Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  • Add the Veggies: Stir in the celery and onion (if using) for added crunch.
  • Combine with Chicken: Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until well coated.
