Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Boil or bake chicken breasts until fully cooked and tender. Let them cool, then shred or finely chop.
- Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard (if using), lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
